(Electronic Submission of Medical Documentation)
SSI will go live in January 2012 as a HIH (Health Information Handler) for CMS's esMD initiative. SSI (provider) customers utilizing ClickON® Billing (claim editor) with attachments or ClickON® RADs will be able to submit documentation to the Medicare Review Contractors electronically through the esMD - Connect network.
