From our corporate offices in Mobile, Alabama, The SSI Group provides hospital billing services for most payers. These billing services may be accessed on either an interim or long-term basis, depending on your needs. Utilizing our state-of-the-art ClickON Billing software, SSI billing specialists have achieved a 95% success rate for claims being paid upon first transmission. The result is dramatically accelerated reimbursement, without adding FTEs or technology overhead.

SSI offers application service provider (ASP) technology with over 160,000 edits for billing primary and/or secondary UB92 and 1500 claims. This Web-enabled software is hosted on a server located at SSI's corporate offices. SSI provides the infrastructure; maintains payer edits; and performs claims translation, claims editing and daily system backups. The claims are edited using generic, payer- and provider-specific edits to ensure that claims are correct before they are transmitted to payers. All "clean " claims are automatically transmitted via SSI's Clearinghouse. Any claims that have errors are made available for review and correction.

There is no hardware or software to purchase. Any healthcare provider utilizing SSI's Hospital Billing Services can access their claims data and run productivity reports on the data from remote locations around the country via a secure Internet connection.

Our Billing Specialists have an intimate understanding of our HIPAA compliant, healthcare technologies and are able to properly utilize them to ensure HIPAA compliant billing practices. We also employ a full-time compliance advisor who overseas our internal compliance initiatives and acts as a liaison with each customer represented by ClickON Hospital Billing Services.
