Contract Management

Giving a healthcare enterprise more control over past, present and future revenue, Contract Management calculates expected reimbursements, identifies lost revenue and aids in the negotiation of more profitable contracts. Contract Management utilizes a Contract Wizard to load contract terms and conditions and a Rules Engine to build unique rules based on revenue codes, DRG's, CPT-4's, ICD-9's, HCPC's and other billing codes. The Rules Engine even addresses outliers, stop-loss and exceptions. It also features an Alert System which flags contracts based on criteria, such as diagnosis or billing charges and a Contract Modeling applet for in-depth "what if" scenario building.

Contract Management takes a three-pronged approach to improving the profitability of healthcare contracts. In turn, you'll know what your enterprise should be paid, any variance from that expected payment and what aspects of future contracts should be analyzed to better maximize reimbursement.
