Title: Medical Billing Specialist
MedCore, a subsidiary of The SSI Group, Inc, is seeking a Billing Specialist in our Mobile Office. Responsibilities: Process insurance claims to various private and government sponsored insurance companies; file both 1500 and UB claims; using both paper and electronic means; re-file errant primary and secondary billing of medical insurance; work denials for all payers; work billing system to insure proper insurance assignment and update to claims daily; query information on remote Medicare software; learn new systems and process solutions as they present themselves; contact insurance companies/payers or patients to gather information necessary to complete the bill processing. Qualifications: Must be familiar with medical terminology; must be familiar with UB and 1500 claim forms and compliance issues involving claims resubmission;Have significant computer knowledge; have high school diploma or higher degree. Experience in billing both hospital and physicians claims; knowledge of basic medical bill coding, UB, and 1500 processing; clear knowledge and experience with HIPAA guidelines; good analytical skills; demonstrable results of maintaining strict confidentiality as defined by HIPAA guidelines/regulations; knowledge of SSI Billing Module, ClickON system preferred.

The Master Data Administrator is responsible for the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SSI’s master data management system. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for master data configuration, maintenance, reporting, and training. The goal is for the Master Data Administrator to streamline and maintain Company systems and business processes to ensure that the master data is correct and correctly implemented throughout the enterprise.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Analytical and technical skills required, including the knowledge of SQL and business process modeling; Ability to identify areas for improvement, research solutions, and recommend best practices. Title: Information Security Analyst
The Information Security Analyst is responsible for the full life cycle of the security solutions implemented by SSI. The ISA responds to security incidents and threats and will record all relevant events in the Security Incident Log database. Additionally, the ISA acts as the software licensing coordinator and is responsible for maintaining the register and physical storage of license keys. Qualifications: Three (3) plus years experience in information technology, preferable including data security responsibilities; IT related certifications (ex. A+, MSITP); Administrative experience with a major Endpoint Security Management System (ex. Title: Implementation Representative
The Implementation Representative completes the installation process for all SSI software by training clients on the various aspects of the program and by ensuring that all functions are properly setup and function properly. Implementation Representatives participate in the account installation from the time the account is assigned to him/her to the time the client is live and completes Implementation Sign Off documents. Travels to client sites for implementation duties. Verifies site software set-up and provides system administrator tarining. Trains client staff. Qualifications: BS Degree in Computer Science preferred. 50 - 75% overnight travel. Experience in MS Word, Excel, DOS, Windows, network configuration/design a plus. One (1) to three (3) years of operations work experience. Healthcare business office or billing operations experience preferred.

The Management Accountant position will manage the Resource Consumption Accounting (RCA) Cost Accounting System and provide accurate strategic decision support reporting. This position will assume end-to-end ownership of data feeds related to RCA and influence the resolution of process shortcomings and data issues. The Management Accountant will manage audits to ensure policies and procedures are being followed to maintain integrity of RCA data sources; transform operation and financial data from disparate sources into actionable business intelligence; work in a team environment on projects that aims to solve ambiguous business problems; collaborate with colleagues, managers, and executives to drive business solutions and identify opportunities for innovation; and work closely with managers and executives to develop and maintain business performance reports, dashboards, analyses.Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting required. MBA or other advanced degree a plus. CPA or CMA certifications preferred. At least five years progressive experience in financial analyses and decision support activities required. Cost Actg experience is preferred. Must be detail oriented and be able to provide evidence of routine practices used to validate or understand information and processes. Must have experience manipulating data, conducting analyses, and summarizing results. The ability to effectively and professionally communicate with managers and executives is a must. Advanced analytical thinking and initiative are required. Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects with competing interests for time. Must be highly self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills. Prefer experience working with MS Dynamics GP, RCA, and Jedox.

The Quality Assurance Analyst position includes all aspects of testing, gathering metrics, prioritization, communication, and resolution of product development issues. The Quality Assurance Analyst will enhance and improve the organization so that it is capable of defining, tracking, and improving quality levels for all product development cycles. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Information Management, Business or related field. Two (2) years of software testing experience or two (2) years of industry product knowledge. Title: RCA Administrator
The RCA Administrator assists in the maintenance of the Resource Consumption Accounting (RCA) Cost Accounting System. Duties include loading operational and financial data, costing, reconciliation, updating reference tables and definitions, and modifying model elements. Additional responsibilities include standard reporting run from RCA for various operational analyses for various periods; and ad hoc reports and projects as assigned. Maintain connections to supporting systems. Perform operations audits to ensure policies and procedures are being followed to maintain integrity of RCA data sources. Serve as liaison to Cost Center Managers, and assist them to understand results and to rectify issues. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required. Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or Information Systems degree preferred. Accounting or IT related certifications preferred. At least two to five years progressive experience manipulating data, conducting analyses, and summarizing results. Ideal candidates will have advanced analytical experience compiling and analyzing large datasets using the latest technology to include Excel, Jedox, SSRS, BI tools, SQL queries, and other reporting tools. The ability to effectively and professionally communicate with managers and executives is a must. Advanced analytical thinking and initiative are required. Cost Accounting experience a plus. Prefer experience working with MS Dynamics GP, RCA, and Jedox.
