The SSI Group, Inc. and nTelagent, Inc. Announce Healthcare Alliance

Mobile, Alabama, February 6, 2008 - The SSI Group, Inc. (SSI) and nTelagent, Inc. today announced that they have entered into an alliance that will enable SSI’s ClickON® PREVENT customers to access nTelagent’s proprietary front-end business solution, the Self Pay Management System (SPMS). This service will enable healthcare service providers to determine patient responsibility for both uninsured and insured patients including insurance verification, co-pays and deductibles, at the point of service. nTelagent’s system integrates a service providers unique policies and procedures with a patient’s demographic data to provide interactive scripts for registrars and financial counselors at the point of service and/or post service.

SSI provides an extensive array of provider/payer/patient/physician services and technologies for managing cash flow, claims processing, real-time eligibility, and claims status and contract/denial/document management. Under this agreement, SSI’s EDI solutions will be offered in conjunction with nTelagent’s SPMS patient demographic information and a service provider’s unique business rules.
