EDI Tracker

ClickON® EDI Tracker is SSI’s newest claims tracking engine that accounts for all claims sent through the company’s Data Center for processing. Through this innovative claims tracking tool, clients are able to receive real-time Web access to their individual claims and claims status and other valuable information. Reporting is also a fundamental component of the EDI Tracker, enabling clients to view and print reports at the claim, batch and file level.

Where payers permit, clients will be able to send 276 transactions – claims status inquiries – using a job task embedded in ClickON Claims Editor , and view the 277 claim status response via the Web. Individual claims can be searched tracked based on from information specific to the user batch file, such as patient name, date of service, etc… EDI Tracker also provides users with the ability to view 997 Acknowledgements and the 277 claims status information while in a claim in ClickON Claims Editor.

For ClickON Direct customers, this tool provides a significant advantage in tracking claims for commercial payers that are submitted through SSI’s Data Center. The capability to combine the innovative components of ClickON Direct with consolidated reporting offered by ClickON EDI Tracker provides a solid solution for all ClickON Technology customers. EDI Tracker brings claims status transactions and reporting for numerous commercial payers, as well as for government payers/FIs and Blues plans.
