This base function is the first step toward ending your enterprise's reliance on paper-based information. Once captured, documents are archived to WORM (Write Once Read Many) optical disks. Offering complete security, WORM disc data can never be erased or modified. Plus they make storage space a non-issue. Once archived, the documents may be easily retrieved from this folder-based repository using any number of search keys and quickly distributed to the appropriate personnel. Finally, this single, integrated architecture for managing electronic and paper documents is remotely administered as easily as it is remotely accessed.
