Since Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice started using ClickON in 2005, our A/R has decreased, we are getting paid a lot faster and we are now sending 90% of our claims electronically. Just recently in the past year, we have started getting electronic remits via SSI's clearinghouse and it is wonderful. We can post our cash faster to our clients' accounts and we do not have to worry if the check(s) will be sent to one of our 100 facilities instead of our lockbox. As our electronic vendor and clearinghouse, SSI is easy to work with. If there are issues or problems, they are right there working with us to get it resolved quickly and correctly.

By far, Batch Eligibility is my favorite SSI solution. It is easy to use with a huge return on investment. In 2010, I was able to find over 1,800 accounts where the patient had Medicaid. These accounts totaled over 3.7 million dollars and, based on our reimbursement percentage, we received approximately 1.2 million in cash. I would recommend this to anyone looking for some quick, easy cash.
SSI has an excellent ClickON Edit Module package which allows our patient account staff to work efficiently and in a timely fashion. The ClickON Edit Module is very user-friendly and fast enough to assist staff in increasing their productivity; ultimately increasing cash flow and reducing days in A/R. I would recommend SSI ClickON Edit Module to any providers.

I have used various SSI products for over 20 years at three different hospitals or healthcare systems. SSI edits, requested by payers or initiated by my hospitals, have allowed us to produce clean claims the first time and get payment quickly.
